The seasons have changed from summer to fall, and the year has (suddenly!) progressed into October. But, the temperatures in Houston remain in the 90s and the humidity is as present as ever.
I propose that Houston begins an all-swimsuit dresscode, and all indoor businesses and institutions should also provide overcoats and blankets at the door (buildings in Houston are always freezing cold, I guess to offset the heat outside).

I concur, from an economic standpoint at the very least: the number of new jobs created by instituting the "Apparel Distribution Coordinator" position would skyrocket. Unemployment would plummet. And Bush would still be unpopular.
